樂隊介紹
紐約硬核樂隊Skinless是由主唱Sherwood Webber和吉它手 Noah Carpenter於1992年組建的。成立之初，樂隊陣容經歷了無數次的變動，直到貝司手Joe Keyser和鼓手Bobby Dulac的加入才穩定下來，1998年，樂隊終於發行了首張專輯《Progressions Towards Evil》。這張專輯獲得了歌迷和樂評人的一致好評，樂隊還不斷跟隨Mortician和Incantation一起巡演，這些讓他們獲得了跟Relapse Records簽約的機會，並在2001年發行了第二張專輯《Foreshadowing our Demise》。從那時起，樂隊也開始在他們瘋狂的全速打擊中加入了更多旋律和節奏，2003年的專輯《From Sacrifice to Survival》（專輯製作中，Origin鼓手John Longstreth暫時擔任鼓手）就完美地體現出了樂隊的這種轉變。
