發展歷程
構想一下下面的三個人：一個是擁有哲學榮譽學位的作家/製作人/混錄高手，一個是經過系統古典音樂教育，活力四射的DJ/混錄高手，還有一個是曾經鼓搗過私人電台的嘻哈說唱佛教徒，你把他們放到一起就是Faithless,在過去20年裡最“電”，演出現場最火爆，取得最多國際讚譽的音樂團體之一。Rollo作為Faithless的核心人物，年輕的時候就展現出了頂級製作人的實力，他第一次擔當製作人是為Felix製作了單曲Don’t You Want Me，這支單曲賣出了兩百五十多萬張。此後Rollo製作了一首又一首的熱門歌曲，他為Bjork, The Pet Shop Boys, Simply Red, Donna Summer等知名藝人團體的歌曲進行了風格截然不同的再混音。此外他還將自己的妹妹-葛萊美獎獲得者，唱片銷量達到多白金的Dido帶入了行，Dido也曾經在哥哥樂隊的專輯中有過精彩客串。Rollo為人慷慨大方，卻又固執己見-在音樂創作方面他只相信自己，只相信自己的感覺。5歲的時候，Sister Bliss以小小鋼琴家的身份開始了自己的音樂旅程，一路走來，她相繼學習了小提琴，薩克斯和貝斯-她絕對算得上是一個不折不扣的“一人”樂隊。1987年她開始投身於House Music，開始在世界各地進行表演。談到和Rollo的合作，Sister Bliss說道：“我和他在一起工作了這么長時間了，我都知道他每時每刻在想什麼，就和心靈感應似的。”樂隊的另一名成員Maxi Jazz在1984年成為了一家私人電台“The Soul Cafe Sound System”的DJ，他在電台節目“The Soul Cafe Show”對嘻哈音樂的獨特理解讓他開始漸漸為人熟知，因為不滿足於僅僅播放別人的音樂, Maxi Jazz和自己的樂隊“The Sould Food Cafe Band”一起站到了舞台上，發行了幾張受到不少好評的唱片。隨後他遇到了Rollo，兩人聊到了對Maxi的生活影響巨大的佛教，正是這些談話催生出了後來Faithless與眾不同的就這樣，三個人相遇了，隨之就誕生了偉大的電子樂團Faithless.
