Christophe Beck，1972年生於加拿大蒙特婁。曾在耶魯大學學習音樂，後進入著名的南加州大學桑頓學院學習電影音樂，師從Jerry Goldsmith等人。1998年，Christophe Beck因電視劇《Buffy the Vampire Slayer》獲得艾美獎。他的電影音樂作品包括Bring It On (2000), Confidence (2003), American Wedding (2003), and Elektra (2005)等。
