樂隊成員Elizabeth Toriser (vocals 主唱)Sang Drax Tharen (guitar / bass / keyboards 吉他 貝斯 鍵盤)From組建地點Austria奧地利Formed出 生1997Styles音樂風格Dark wave, Gothic Rock黑潮，哥特搖滾Labels 廠牌Draenor Productions / Napalm98年，曾經曇花一現出現在abigo 95年專輯Nachthymnen的女主音Elisabeth加入了dargaard.以這個陣容，Dargaard在Napalm records的分支廠牌Draenor Productions下發行了他們第一張專輯Eternity Rites，這張darkwave風格的專輯以其莊嚴宏大的音樂把人們引入了屬於劍與魔法的古老世界，那仿佛來自於地底的猙獰邪惡之聲，那漂浮與靈動音樂之上的仙音，一個純粹由鍵盤與古典樂器建造的虛幻世界。這張專輯非常的成功，而Dargaard的整體風格也由此確立。 第二年8月他們再次進入錄音室錄製專輯In Nomine Aeternitatis，並於2000年6月發行。這張專輯在保持dargaard style的基礎上做了一些細節的變動，去掉了Tharen邪惡的唱腔，整張專輯只會聽到Elisabeth的縹緲仙音，對氛圍營造更加爐火純青。2001年發行The Dissolution of Eternity，2004年發行專輯Rise and Fall ，保持了一貫的高水準，唯一變化的就是他們越來越成熟的技巧。這是一個darkwave迷們不可錯過的樂隊。每一張專輯都可稱為極品。
