早年經歷

在進入大眾視野前，莎拉並未接受過正規的鋼琴訓練。18歲時，為了追求自己在洛杉磯的音樂事業，她選擇了離開她的家鄉尤里卡。在參加了加州大學洛杉磯分校傳播學項目之時，莎拉利用她的大部分閒暇時間適應新環境和創作關於忙碌環境的詩歌和歌曲，並加入了一個名為Awaken的無伴奏合唱團。畢業後，她利用三年的時間在即興表演式聚會的夜晚表演她的歌曲。

演藝經歷

個人生活

家庭1979年12月，莎拉·巴萊勒斯出生於一個雙親為殯儀館工作人員和保險公估的家庭。她的父親擁有法國，義大利和瑞士-義大利的血統，而她的母親則擁有葡萄牙、英國和德國的血統。莎拉是家中三姐妹中年齡最小的一個。好友莎拉和歌手英格麗·麥可森是十分要好的朋友。
