Miranda Lee Richards

個人簡介

Miranda Lee Richards生於舊金山的一個藝術之家。父親是一名漫畫家，從小受父親的影響喜歡各種藝術。雖然從小上的是藝校，但從未接觸過音樂。畢業後離開美國暫居浪漫之都巴黎，開始了自己的模特生涯，但沒多久就從回美國，因為她知道那不是她想要的生活，在朋友的介紹下27歲的她認識了Metallica主音吉他手Kirk Hammett，在Kirk Hammett的細心教導下開始學習吉他演奏和歌唱創作，教她彈奏Mazzy Star的歌，Jesus and Mary Chain也是他的偶像之一。2001年由Virgin出版的首碟《The Herethereafter》，改換門庭後2009年發行第二張個人專輯《Light Of X》。
